Itinerary
Day 1 – Malabo
- Arrival at Malabo International Airport.
- After check in at the hotel, we’ll begin our guided exploration with a city tour of Malabo.
- Highlight: Visit landmarks such as Independence Square, Malabo Cathedral, and the Presidential Palace.
- Overnight stay in Malabo.
Day 2 – Malabo – Ureka – Malabo
- This morning we’ll drive to Ureka to discover its attractive waterfalls and beautiful landscapes.
- Highlight: We’ll hike through the tropical forest to Moaba Beach to enjoy our beautiful surroundings and visit the amazing waterfalls in the region.
- Afterwards we’ll return to Malabo.
- Overnight stay in Malabo.
Day 3 – Malabo – Rebola – Bososo – Baney – Riaba – Moka – Luba
- Today we’ll discover the main heritage sites of Bioko Island.
- Drive to Rebola to explore its cultural heritage sites.
- Highlight: Visit Bososo, a small village offering insight into traditional life on Bioko Island.
- Continue to Baney, a coastal town known for its historical connection to Spanish colonies.
- We’ll travel to Riaba where we will visit Hacienda Marcos Obiang, a historic plantation estate.
- Highlight: Arrive at Moka to visit the Biodiversity Protection Centre, which is focused on conserving local wildlife and promoting environmental sustainability.
- We’ll drive towards the southern coast to visit Luba.
- Return to Malabo.
- Overnight stay in Malabo.
Day 4 – Malabo – Basile Peak – Malabo
- Highlight: This morning we’ll drive to the top of Basile Peak for a great view of the island. Pico Basilé is the tallest mountain in Equatorial Guinea (3,011m) and part of the three overlapping volcanoes that make up the island.
- Afterwards, we’ll drive to the airport for your return flight.
- End of the tour.
