Our mission is to support and promote the role of women in off-the-beaten-path and hard-to-reach destinations. Both as intrepid travelers and knowledgeable guides. Women’s empowerment in hard-to-reach destinations still has a long way to go, but we do believe this is where the future lies.
Our objective is to not only create more opportunities for women in the tourism sector but also provide an enriching and unique experience tailored to female travelers. We acknowledge the need for an increased presence of female guides. We are dedicated to recruiting, training, and supporting women to take on these essential roles.
Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of educating local agencies about the value and advantages of employing more female guides. This approach not only fosters opportunities for women in the industry. It also cultivates a more inclusive and diverse travel experience for all. While some tourism destinations may already practice inclusivity, we recognize that many of our target destinations tend to be male-oriented. Although we cannot change an entire society, we hope to effect change, even on a small scale, by encouraging inclusivity.
